ABOUT THE CAMPUS
GITAM Institute of International Business Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (GITAM-CIE) believes that national economic growth is propelled by rekindling, maturing and canalizing the innate potential of individuals. GITAM-CIE realizes that to provide students with such opportunities to develop into successful entrepreneurs, entrepreneurship education plays an important role. Entrepreneurship education is the process of providing individuals with concepts and skills to recognize the opportunities that others have overlooked and to have the insight, self-esteem and knowledge to act where others have hesitated. It includes opportunity recognition, marshalling resources in the face of risk, and initiating a business venture. Keeping this in view, GITAM-CIE was launched in 2003 with the following objectives
