Life is changing rapidly, throwing great challenges and innumerable opportunities at us. With the wave of globalization we are witnessing phenomenal changes in the world of management. Today the world is made of “Cutting Edge” technology.
This is where IIMT steps in. At IIMT Education is imparted Proactively anticipating global trends. Todays world is for Managers, but Management is not just managing. Everybody is busy in managing the problem at every time. They may solve the problem; enjoy the fruit of success, exclaim on it. But the unsolved problem may bring disaster at the door. This problem was well visualized by all the three sectors- public, private and co-operative-industries. They have come up with industry, product etc. specific management institute.
The ever expanding and changing business variables caused emancipation of ever changing problems, which need to be addressed professionally otherwise disaster will devasted everything. This mega problem was well conceived by the management academia of India.
In way back 1998 the All India Management Association posed a question “ If smart management is the only strategy to grab competitive advantage, you can’t afford to be unaware of the theories and techniques your rivals are deploying. But with corporate India setting new standards in management everyday, how do you keep pace?” to the corporate world .The inference of the answers was that the management functions needs sound, crystal clear theoretical base. This is where IIMT academic department posed to place their students.
The students are literally put in schooling environment to learn theories and exposed continuously to industries’ to feel the organization real life realities, in closed supervision of a band of hard core teacher and business management practitioners. The learning programme is empowered with continuous evaluation and updation of syllabus. It finally reflects in terms of apt placement and performance, which is the ultimate for aspirants and must for a blissful society.

About the Campus
IIMT provides self-sufficient living accommodation to the students, which quickly becomes their home away from home. Apartments have been acquired by IIMT to be provided as accommodation.
Separate accommodations for Girls & Boys are available. Each inmate is provided with one table, one chair & one cupboard, More than two students share the room according to the size of the room.
The mess provides the students with a nutritious and well balanced diet. The students get the required calories and nutrients while undergoing the rigorous schedule of studies.
The computer lab is equipped with high-end personal computers and a 512 Kbps high-speed Internet connection. The complete lab has an on-line UPS available.
The Institute establishes global connectivity through 2 mbps leased line that provides Internet access to the students to keep pace with the latest developments in the corporate world.
Hard Copies / Books on various subjects, Periodicals & Magazines and Educational Journal / Magazines are available for reference.
To ensure continuous learning round the clock, a generator back up is available at the Institute.
IIMT has a fleet of Conveyance which is available to the students for to & fro transport from hostel to IIMT and back.
