JMET 2003 : Joint Management Entrance Test
Admission to Postgraduate Degree Programmes in
Management at IISc Bangalore, IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Kanpur, IIT
Kharagpur, IIT Madras and IIT Roorkee for the academic year 2004-2005 will
be open only to those who qualify in JMET-2003.

ELIGIBILITY
| IISc Bangalore | B.E./B.Tech. in any branch of engineering with at least Second Class. |
| IIT Bombay | A good Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering with First Class or Postgraduate degree in Science with First Class. |
| IIT Delhi | 60% marks in aggregate (of all the years/semesters) or 6.75/10 CGPA in Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Technology / Architecture/Pharmacy/ Agri. Engg. or Master's degree in Commerce, Economics, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Application, Electronic Science, Environmental Science, Operations Research, Computational/ Information Science, Agriculture for the 2-year full time MBA programme. Additionally at least two years of relevant work experience required by 1st August, 2004 for 3-year part time MBA programme for working executives. |
| IIT Kanpur | B.E/B.Tech in any branch of engineering or equivalent with at least First Class. |
| IIT Kharagpur | First Class Bachelor's degree in any branch of Engineering/ Technology or Master's degree in Science (with Mathematics or Statistics at Bachelor's level) or First Class Master's degree in Economics/ Commerce (with Mathematics or Statistics at Bachelor's level). |
| IIT Madras | B.E/B.Tech or equivalent with First Class or equivalent from a recognized Institution or University. A Master's degree with First Class or equivalent in any discipline from a recognized Institution or University. |
| IIT Roorkee | B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent or a Master's degree with at least 60% marks in aggregate or CGPA 6.75/10 or equivalent in any discipline from a recognised institution or university. |
Final year students are also eligible to apply. Such candidates, if selected, will be admitted provisionally, provided they complete all requirements for the qualifying degree before the specified date and produce a provisional certificate. International students may submit a GMAT score in lieu of the test.

IIT Kanpur Zone: Bhopal, Indore, Kanpur, Lucknow and Varanasi
IIT Kharagpur Zone: Bhubaneswar, Kharagpur, Kolkata, Raipur, Ranchi,
Rourkela and Visakhapatnam
IIT Madras Zone: Chennai, Ernakulam, Tiruchirapalli, Thiruvananthapuram
and Vijayawada
IIT Roorkee Zone: Agra, Bareilly, Roorkee and Shimla.
The Institutes reserve the right to change/cancel any centre at their
discretion.
HOW TO APPLY
JMET Application Forms may be submitted either Online (Internet based) or Offline (by Post). Online submission can be done by accessing any of the websites given below and following carefully the instructions given therein for submitting the application and for fulfilling the subsequent requirements of mailing the bank pay-in-slip, photo, signature etc.
