About the College

Business Courses offered
The Two-year full time MBA programme of MPBIM is affiliated to the Bangalore University and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and has been designed to develop managers for the future. This Programme provides the student executives a platform to imbibe procedural, theoretical and applied aspects of management.

About the Campus
The first step itself is vital here. The applicant students are tested for their aptitude through a process of written test, group discussion, essay and interview. It is a process designed to get the right candidates who will be able to withstand the rig our of management training that’s unique at MPBIM. A month long orientation, after admission, takes them through methods, systems and even games that builds up interpersonal relationships which is so vital for group-learning in the months to come.
MPBIM has an excellent Library and Information Centre for its students and faculties with all modern necessary facilities such as need-based collection, comfortable seating and reading environment, lighting, ventilation, air-conditioners, photocopying etc. The library has a comprehensive collection of literature predominantly related to management and its allied subjects to meet the present and future information needs of its users.
The Library has subscribed ONE leading corporate database such as “CAPITALINEPLUS” it covers around 13,000 company databases and one database of e-Journals “JSTOR” enables access to about 35 e-journals.
The Library has active institutional membership with IIMB, Bangalore University and British Council Library.
MPBIM has entered into a strategic alliance with National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN), an organization founded by Ramesh Wadhwani for promoting entrepreneurial culture in India. The Foundation creates a network through the student community in different parts of India .
The activities are spearheaded by an E-cell or Entrepreneurial cell. MPBIM has not only formed the cell but taken this one step further and called it E Square cell to denote entrepreneurship and excellence,- excellence not just as professionals but as human beings too
